The consortium launched its new project focused on young carers and aimed to support their social inclusion and engagement in Germany, Italy, Greece and UK through a whole family approach.
The meeting was attended on an online platform due to the Covid-19 emergency. It was, however, an opportunity for project partners to get to know each other, learn more about the respective national contexts and agree on the upcoming tasks foreseen by the work plan.
